Processing time
If you have ordered an item on Pre-Order items can take up to 6 weeks to be made. We are experiencing delays due to Covid-19 pushing back fabric deliveries and production at our small factory. We will send updates on Pre-Orders via email and through our newsletters.
Regular ‘in stock’ orders will be sent out within 7 working days as at the moment it is only one of us working through orders and packaging them all up nicely for you. As always thank you so much for supporting our very small brand and we do really apologise for any delays to your order! 
International delivery is now available.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges - Please contact us for the return address.
-Contact us within: 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return.
You need to contact us to authorise your return, prior to posting as a small business it’s very hard to receive returns we haven’t been notified of. Please contact us for the return address.
Please don’t process your return through PayPal as we can resolve the refund much quicker!
-Send items back within: 7 days of notifying us of a return.
All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided including, biodegradable plastic bag and clothing tags attached. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and will not be refunded. Please also include your order number on your return as this makes it easier for us to process your refund quicker.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged;
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Digital downloads
-Intimate items including Facemasks (for health/hygiene reasons) and jewellery.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return tracked postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns customs forms must be filled out in full as ‘Returned Goods.’
